Reliefs "Somos España"
Artistic ensemble located in Plaza de España, Fuengirola, composed of six large bronze reliefs.
Each piece depicts the most important milestones in the history of Spain, from its origins to the present day.
The work was created by local painter Francisco Pérez, with the collaboration of local sculptor Rosario García.
Through these reliefs, visitors can take a chronological journey through the history of our country.
Urban Art
Our roundabouts, squares and corners are decorated with a considerable amount of sculptures. Works of art made by prestigious national artists.
The initiative to bring quality art to the streets led to the installation of a series of large-format paintings by leading artists on the walls of some of the city's buildings in the 1980s.
The neighborhood of "El Boquetillo" has also been embellished thanks to the Edusi program and the collaboration of nationally and internationally renowned muralists, leading to the creation of an open-air urban art museum with more than 20 large works, known as "El Paseo de los Murales".
